Warwick Independent Schools Foundation

The Foundation operates three schools in Warwick: Warwick Preparatory School, King's High School for Girls and Warwick School. The Foundation is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. The Trustees are also directors of the company and Governors of the schools. Details of the Governor Committees are set out on the Governor Committee page.
